GETTING HERE
Travel
Verdant Hollow is two hours from the city: train to Marlow Station, then twenty minutes by taxi or the wedding shuttle. Genuinely easy, as long as you catch the right train.
Take the train to Marlow
Trains leave the city twice an hour until ten at night. Book a seat on the left side; the valley opens up ten minutes before your stop.
The valley road
From Marlow Station it is twenty minutes, the last five up the beech drive. If you drive the whole way, the house has parking on the lawn field.
Once you are here
The village is walkable in ten minutes end to end. For the wedding itself, shuttles run from the green and the Hollow Inn, out and back, until the last song.
The plan

Book
Train tickets and a room from our list, by early spring. The solstice weekend fills the valley and the Inn goes first.

Land
Aim to arrive by mid-afternoon on the eve. Drop your bags, walk the green, and find us at the Inn from six.

Drive
Twenty minutes from the station, the last stretch up the beech drive. Sit on the left; the house shows up two turns before you expect it.

Park
Leave the car at the lot above the old town and forget it exists. The market street was built for donkeys, not sedans.

Shuttle
Shuttles cover the whole night, out and back, until the last song. Nobody needs to drive, and nobody should.
